1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and vhaggo in connection with your use of the platform accessible at vhaggo.app and all associated services, features, games, and promotional activities. These Terms apply to all registered players and to any person who accesses or browses the vhaggo platform, whether or not they hold a registered account.

By registering an account on vhaggo, you explicitly confirm that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand your rights and obligations under them; (c) you are entering into this agreement freely and without compulsion; and (d) you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms. Your continued use of the vhaggo platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

vhaggo reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including when material amendments are made. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of account access pending your review.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the vhaggo platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. vhaggo enforces this requirement through identity verification. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Funds deposited by underage players will be returned to the original payment source after the costs of any transactions already processed have been deducted where applicable.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the vhaggo platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your specific location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary (placed through vhaggo's own responsible gaming tools) or imposed by a third party, that would prohibit your access to online gaming platforms.
• Not a vhaggo Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of persons employed by or contracted to vhaggo are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotional activities unless explicitly permitted in writing by vhaggo management.

vhaggo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to the platform's satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on vhaggo. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through the use of a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited. vhaggo uses technical and manual verification processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed, bonus balances will be forfeited, and any outstanding withdrawal requests may be subject to review before processing.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify vhaggo of any changes through the account settings section or by contacting the support team.

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vhaggo reserves the right to close any account where inaccurate registration information is discovered, regardless of the time elapsed since registration.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vhaggo account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. vhaggo recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication, which is available in your account security settings. You must notify vhaggo's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. vhaggo will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

vhaggo operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process that all registered players must complete before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification may also be required at other stages of the account lifecycle, including when a deposit or cumulative deposit total reaches a defined threshold, or when vhaggo's compliance team has reasonable grounds to request additional verification.

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 24 hours of receipt. Where additional documentation is required, vhaggo will notify you by email or in-platform message. During the period when a KYC review is pending, withdrawal requests may be held until verification is completed. Deposits may continue to be made during a pending KYC review unless account access has been suspended for compliance reasons.

All personal data submitted for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with vhaggo's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

vhaggo accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your vhaggo account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. vhaggo does not charge any fee for deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Fees applicable to other payment methods, if any, will be displayed at the point of deposit.

You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending review.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be requested by KYC-verified account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 24 hours under standard operating conditions. Withdrawals are remitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.

vhaggo reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are flagged by the platform's risk management system. This does not affect your entitlement to your verified balance — it may only affect the timeline for processing. Where a withdrawal is delayed beyond 24 hours for compliance reasons, the support team will proactively notify the account holder by their registered contact method.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and wager values on vhaggo are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Transactions made using payment methods denominated in other currencies will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are outside vhaggo's control, and the platform accepts no liability for losses arising from currency conversion.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

vhaggo offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the promotion description, which will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time the bonus is credited. General bonus terms applicable across all vhaggo promotions are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: All cash bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus amount (or winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting markets may contribute at reduced rates. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry Dates: All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which any unclaimed or incomplete bonus balance will be removed from the account automatically. Expiry notifications are sent to the registered email address in advance.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum bet limit per round or per spin applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. vhaggo reserves the right to restrict specific promotions to players meeting defined criteria, including account age, verification status, or deposit history.
• Abuse Prevention: vhaggo monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil requirements without genuine play, and any other activity that vhaggo's risk team determines to be designed to exploit promotional terms unfairly. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses forfeited and/or accounts closed.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the vhaggo platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface itself. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming activity on vhaggo:

• Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be altered or cancelled. vhaggo accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the affected round will be determined by the game's server-side records. vhaggo's determination of the outcome in such circumstances is final.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vhaggo platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any activity that vhaggo reasonably determines constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform's software to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting known errors are not valid and will not be paid out.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities or using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.
• Attempting to manipulate, disrupt, or interfere with the normal operation of the vhaggo platform, including its servers, networks, or databases.
• Providing false identity or verification documents during the KYC process.

Where vhaggo determines that a prohibited activity has occurred, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void any bets or transactions associated with the prohibited activity, forfeit any bonus balances, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account without further obligation.

9. Responsible Gaming

vhaggo is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all players in Bangladesh. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your vhaggo account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period. Once a loss limit is reached, further play is suspended for that period.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the vhaggo platform without the prior written permission of vhaggo. Game content from third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) is subject to those studios' intellectual property rights in addition to the rights of vhaggo.

11. Privacy and Data

vhaggo collects, stores, and processes personal data about registered players and platform users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form. The Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and your rights in relation to it.

vhaggo uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect data at rest. Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, fraud prevention systems, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vhaggo's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vhaggo shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of winnings that have not yet been confirmed and credited; losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity failures, or third-party service outages; or losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

vhaggo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. vhaggo will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

13. Amendments to These Terms

vhaggo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect player rights, obligations, payment conditions, or bonus eligibility in a significant way — vhaggo will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendments take effect.

Minor amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the meaning of any provision, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document and in the document version bar above. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the vhaggo platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of English law, except where superseded by applicable mandatory local provisions. In the event of a dispute between you and vhaggo, you should contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. vhaggo commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support channel, it may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution process. vhaggo will cooperate fully with any such process and will not unreasonably withhold participation. Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
